For the launch of the new Under Armour football boot – the UA Magnetico – we were briefed to develop the creative treatment and choreography for the shoot. To cover the launch and to continue with the marketing push for this new boot, we needed to produce 5 master films and a series of stills. Additionally were required to produce a separate studio shoot for product photography.
Following on from the master films, we needed to produce 25 variants/cut downs for all social specs, to create master artworks for OOH & Press, as well as to adapt and deliver to fulfil the media plan.

The biggest efficiency driver here was time. By managing the process from end to end, we were able to manage any budget concerns quickly, while the volumes were manageable with our existing studio teams.
Ensuring efficiency, we appointed one senior team member to be briefed by the client; saving our client time on briefing multiple production team members. The brand guardianship was owned by one team which meant consistent results across all media types. We had 1 budget to cover the entire campaign and no hand off points saving time and money. Our studio design team were working with the raw files whilst the post was completed.
We delivered 22 master assets with 76 adapts and deliveries.
