Sky has unveiled a first look at Will Sharpe as the brilliant (and brilliantly rebellious) Wolfgang ‘Amadeus’ Mozart, Paul Bettany as his intensely envious rival Antonio Salieri, and Gabrielle Creevy as Constanze Weber — Mozart’s fiercely loyal wife — in the Sky Original limited series Amadeus.

Inspired by Peter Shaffer’s award-winning stage play and boldly reimagined by Joe Barton, this spectacular five-part series charts the meteoric rise and myth-shrouded fall of one of history’s most iconic composers. Part genius, part rockstar, Mozart’s talent, ego and volatility collide in an intoxicating portrait of 18th-century fame, obsession and rivalry.

Curious Productions was proud to support the campaign, assisting with animation, delivering adaptations, and bringing the national out-of-home (OOH) rollout to life. Alongside this, Curious was also commissioned to create bespoke assets for the central areas within Sky’s offices, ensuring the visual world of Amadeus resonated both externally and internally.
